This Privacy Policy explains how Xigent Appliance Repair, Inc. collects, uses, and protects information submitted through the Tech Direct Club enrollment and customer portal experience.
Information We Collect
When a customer enrolls or manages a Tech Direct Club membership, Xigent may collect the customer’s name, email address, phone number, service address, membership status, payment method type, agreement version accepted, enrollment date, cancellation date, and related service history.
Payment Information
Payment card and bank account information is processed by a secure third-party payment processor. Xigent does not store raw credit card numbers, CVV codes, or bank routing/account numbers on its own website or local servers.
How Information Is Used
Xigent uses customer information to enroll and administer memberships, schedule service calls, send membership confirmations, process cancellations, maintain agreement and consent records, respond to customer requests, and comply with legal and accounting obligations.
Membership Agreement Records
Enrollment records may include your acceptance of the Tech Direct Club Membership Agreement, including the agreement version, date and time of acceptance, selected plan, payment status, and cancellation status.
Data Security
Xigent uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect customer information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but access is limited to personnel and vendors who need the information to operate the membership and service program.
Oregon Data Breach Notice
If a security incident triggers notice obligations under the Oregon Consumer Information Protection Act, Xigent will provide required notices to affected consumers within the time required by applicable law.
Information Sharing
Xigent may share information with service providers who help operate the membership program, including payment processors, email providers, scheduling tools, customer management systems, and professional advisors. Xigent does not sell customer membership information.
Retention
Membership, payment, agreement, and cancellation records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, resolve disputes, satisfy tax/accounting requirements, and comply with legal obligations.
Customer Choices
Customers may cancel their Tech Direct Club membership through the customer portal or by contacting Xigent. For cancellation rights, see the Buyer’s Right to Cancel section of the Membership Agreement.
